ARGUS University Challenge
The ARGUS University Challenge tests academic students to present the best investment analysis and conclusion for a fictitious real estate opportunity.
Every year, the ARGUS University Challenge brings dozens of aspiring real estate professionals to present a paper with the best investment analysis and conclusion for a fictitious real estate opportunity.
About the challenge
All teams are asked to present a summary investment recommendation to the King and the Investment Committee of the Royal State Fund regarding Kings Courts.
The report should encompass a comprehensive analysis of the property's performance for the next ten years, considering building, pre-letting, financing, development, and market data, along with personal assumptions using ARGUS Enterprise.
