We know that our customers must be able to trust that the services they depend on are reliable and resilient, and trust that their business-critical data are protected and secure.
That’s why all of Altus Group’s offerings, including ARGUS software, have transitioned to a cloud delivery platform. This has transformed the way we deliver services and outcomes to our clients and allows Altus Group to maintain robust controls and policies to ensure that our platforms remain secure.
Our approach
We use robust data security standards to protect data . We ensure our program is designed to comply with relevant cybersecurity laws. We carry out regular independent external audits of our protocols.
We build security and resilience on a blend of internationally recognized security frameworks and best practice architectures. Our zero-trust operating model adds further security across our enterprise data and systems.
We take proactive efforts to reduce the likelihood and impact of cybersecurity risks. We are committed to preemptively mitigating cybersecurity risks with a 3 Lines of Defense model and are further backed by independent audits to provide layers of protection.
At the heart of our efforts is a dedicated security committee, but our approximately 3,000 employees are our first line of defense. Each one of our people is given regular training in cybersecurity and made familiar with the actions to take in case of a potential incident.

Organizational protocols
These protocols set forth Altus Group administrative, technical and physical safeguards. Altus Group may update these from time to time to reflect changes in security posture, provided such changes do not materially diminish the level of security set out in the protocols.
